A federal judge has dismissed three lawsuits brought by Flint residents against a number of Michigan officials over Flint’s water crisis.
On Feb. 7, U.S. District Judge John Corbett O’Meara dismissed yet another law suit saying the lawsuit would bypass the Safe Water Drinking Act, according to the Feb. 7 Detroit News article. O’Meara dismissed another lawsuit last week for the same reason.
According to the article, O’Meara has dismissed an estimated 60 cases regarding Flint’s water crisis.
