New roof revitalization program available to Flint-area homeowners
Flint, MI—The Genesee County Board of Commissioners announced a new program to assist homeowners with roof replacements for single-family homes.

Homeowners may also be eligible for repairs to their fascia, soffits, gutters, and downspouts if needed.
This program is funded by a $1.7 million MI Neighborhood grant through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority and conducted by the Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission in partnership with the Genesee County Habitat for Humanity.
