Flint, MI— The attorneys representing the plaintiffs in the class settlement over the Flint Water Crisis will hold a free virtual town hall meeting to discuss issues claimants are facing in the submission process.

The virtual town hall will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. All attendees must register in advance using this link

According to attorneys, thousands of Flint Water Crisis claimants have received notices that they are missing documents or other aspects of their claim, such as uploading an ID or signature or providing proof of residence.

Claimants have thirty (30) days from the date of their notice to submit the missing documentation and ensure they are eligible for the settlement and can receive compensation.

If claimants aren’t able to attend tonight’s town hall meeting, there will be two upcoming meetings on July 24, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. and July 28, 2024, at 3 p.m.
