Flint, MI—Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley will deliver his fifth State of the City address on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at 6 p.m. The event will be held at the Capitol Theater downtown, 140 E 2nd St, Flint, MI 48502.  

Neeley is slated to discuss how Flint has navigated significant challenges—from financial crises and civil unrest to water infrastructure, gun violence, and environmental incidents. He will highlight investments made in Flint’s water infrastructure.

The address will also outline the city’s progress in economic development, job creation, and community engagement and announce new initiatives for Flint residents.
