A Flint Community Schools graduate celebrates with friends following the June 3, 2025, commencement ceremony.

FLINT, Mich. — Flint Community Schools celebrated the achievements of the Class of 2025 during their June 3, 2025, commencement ceremony. Graduates from Accelerated Learning Academy and Southwestern Classical Academy received their diplomas as family, friends and community members gathered to honor their accomplishments.

Ernest Mack, head coach of Wiley University’s Great Debaters, served as the keynote speaker.

The district recognized 114 students as they prepare to move forward into college, careers, military service and other future paths.
