FLINT, Mich. — Hamilton Community Health Network will host its annual Warm Up with Hamilton event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Hamilton-Flint Clinic inside the Center for Hope, 812 Root St.
“This event is one of the ways we show our commitment to the community,” said Ronald Roland, MSW, homeless outreach coordinator. “We want people to feel cared for, not just with warm clothing, but with resources that keep them healthy and connected.”
The event will offer free hats, gloves and scarves, a meal provided by La Familia, and free flu vaccinations. Hamilton staff will also be available to answer questions and provide information about the organization’s health services.
