Aquí hay una lista de las clínicas de vacunación COVID de Flint hasta el 24 de noviembre

Flint, MI— El Departamento de Salud del Condado de Genesee junto con varias otras organizaciones de salud están ofreciendo varias clínicas de vacunación COVID-19 en Flint, Michigan como un esfuerzo continuo para vacunar a más personas.

Para todas las clínicas, no hay costos de bolsillo, deducibles ni copagos. No se requiere seguro para recibir una vacuna.

Los niños de 5 a 11 años solo son elegibles para la vacuna Pfizer. Los menores deben estar acompañados por un padre o tutor legal. Si un padre o tutor no está disponible, debe imprimir, completar el formulario que se encuentra aquí y enviarlo con el adulto designado.
