Beecher students bring glitz and glamour to ‘Hollywood theme’ prom
FLINT, Mich. — Students from both Beecher High School and Beecher Higher Learning Academy brought a touch of Hollywood to Saginaw Street on Friday, May 22, 2026, as they arrived in style for prom at St. Michael’s Conference Center in Flint. Friends and family members lined the red carpet, cheering on students and celebrating the memorable night.
At Beecher High School, MiiZon Cochran was crowned prom king and Amari Batson was crowned prom queen. At Beecher Higher Learning Academy, Nehemiah Ross and Akairrah Martin earned the titles of prom king and prom queen.
