Flint southsiders vote at Freeman Elementary on Election Day 2020. For 2 hours in the afternoon, the neighborhood including the school lost power. There was no disturbance in the voting process, but voters had to use the flashlights on their smart phones for illumination at the booths. (KT Kanazawich
